      Role Summary:

      A Distribution Coordinator is a key role in managing the shipping and receiving processes in our warehouse. This position involves hands-on tasks such as pulling, packing, assembling, and identifying shipments, as well as updating inventory records and operating forklifts or hand-trucks.

      Responsibilities:

      • Pull, pack, assemble, and properly identify shipments
      • Update and maintain accurate inventory records
      • Safely operate forklifts and hand-trucks
      • Keep records of all documentation related to dispatch and receipt of goods
      • Ensure compliance with legal procedures for procuring and dispatching goods
      • Record damage, loss, or surplus of goods stored in the warehouse
      • Assist in preparing outgoing and receiving incoming shipments
      • Perform duties within established deadlines
      • Identify and follow process improvements
      • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
      • Engage in special projects as assigned
      • Other duties as needed

      Requirements:

      • High school diploma
      • Effective oral and written communication skills
      • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook and Excel
      • Ability to work closely with individuals from diverse backgrounds
      • Capable of lifting up to 70 pounds and comfortable working in a warehouse environment
      • Valid driver's license and clean driving history

      Preferred Qualifications:

      • 2+ years of prior warehouse/distribution center experience or related field (retail, order pulling)
      • Forklift certification
      • Comfortable operating company cargo van and box truck
      • Experience with Workday or other WMS/ERP software systems
      • General knowledge of electronic and speaker components, and various concession and construction-related equipment

      Work Schedule:

      • Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
      • Some overtime may be required, including occasional Saturdays
