06/03/2025 - Ability to keep the front desk in operating order including, but not limited to telephone inquiries, scheduling appointments, provide direction to guests entering the building
- Coordinate transportation routes with the Transportation Department; communicate information to students and parents
- Confirm daily student attendance information in student information system
- Maintain daily breakfast and lunch menus/ordering from home school
- Maintain communication with transportation throughout the day
- Maintain inventory of equipment and supplies; place supply orders when needed
- Assist with the scanning of senior files at the end of each school year
- Maintain student mailing lists including updated mailing labels for mass mailings; student locker assignments
- Maintain student IPAD master list including date received, repair information and senior purchasing and collection information
- Assist the District 211 Alternative School Clerk as needed, including but not limited to copying, mailing and filing IEP documents; confirming IEP meetings; assist with maintaining student files
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Program Administrator.
- Demonstrate knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel and Google Docs
- Demonstrate interpersonal relations and community skills
- Demonstrate good organizational skills
- Demonstrate good judgment, trustworthiness, flexibility and emotional maturity
- Ability to speak Spanish preferred Description:
