What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Deliver professional development training on best practices for Renaissance® product usage
- Build and maintain a detailed project schedule in collaboration with the Customer Success team
- Work closely with key leaders to resolve customer issues promptly and professionally
- Identify opportunities to enhance district implementation and raise awareness of Renaissance® products
- Supervise implementation efforts both remotely and onsite, providing recommendations for next steps

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be within commuting distance of the Chicago metropolitan area
- Master’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Solid understanding of challenges faced by Chicago's public schools
- Experience with data-informed decision-making
- Strong communication and organization skills
