Consistently driving high levels of operational excellence across the district. Encouraging store teams to exceed customer service standards. Coaching and developing store management to optimize performance across the district and provide succession for the business. Actively looking for ways to reduce costs for the business to maximize on profit. Working collaboratively with Regional Managers, District Managers and key partners across the business to ensure result areas are aligned with Claires business strategy, mission and values Qualifications Valid drivers license. Basic computer skills / Familiar with using a laptop. Bachelors degree or equivalent experience required 1-2 years multi-store management or 5 years store management experience required.
