What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with the Diversity Recruitment and Talent Management teams to execute DE&I strategies and projects
- Assist in identifying and attracting skilled talent to the organization
- Support data tracking, presentations, program delivery, and content creation
- Work independently and in group settings
- Report to assigned office post-graduation if offered a full-time position
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Graduation date between December 2025 and May 2026
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree from a United States-based college or university
- Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
- Strong interest in the technology, telecommunications, and media industries
- Ability to work independently and in group settings
- Willingness to reside within Comcast West Division footprint
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 0-2 years of relevant work experience
- Degree in HR, Journalism, or Public Policy
