The Defense Manpower Data Center (DMDC) performs Chief Information Officer (CIO) functions for Defense Human Resource Activity (DHRA), encompassing a vast array of Information Technology (IT) environments, products, and services across the Department of Defense (DoD). DMDC needs the strongest possible partner for its critical initiatives, one with the depth and breadth of understanding of commercial‐off‐the‐shelf (COTS) hardware (HW) and software (SW) maintenance and ancillary components to support enterprise‐level programs and environments. The right partner for DMDC will make IT Global Enterprise Management Services (IT GEMS) its number one priority, understand the complexities of DMDC requirements, and deliver expertise and results.
