What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform quality review and edits to ensure accurate completion of revenue adjustments
- Make procedure recommendations and updates for optimal performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to identify risks and solutions for performance improvement
- Analyze processes and trends to identify potential deficiencies
- Provide education and assist in implementing procedure changes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school education required, Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree a plus
- Two years of accounts receivable experience
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with people at all levels
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and databases
