What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Operate DMLSS system and perform general office clerical duties
- Enter and maintain accurate inventories of medical facilities and equipment using DMLSS modules
- Develop reports in Business Objects to support facility management decisions
- Perform follow up and correction of work related to inventory management
- Update WO/PM status in DMLSS System

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends when necessary
- Valid state driver's license
- Proficiency in MS Office programs, including Word and Excel
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience using DMLSS or similar systems
- Ability to perform report analysis within CMMS or DMLSS System
