- Prepare quality records such as DHRs and Work Orders, ensuring they are complete, organized, and ready for scanning.
- File hardcopies correctly and upload/save electronic records promptly upon completion of scanning.
- Maintain records in an orderly manner to ensure they are protected and accessible when needed.
- Communicate effectively and cooperatively with team members.
- Complete all required training promptly and in a timely manner.
- Perform other duties as assigned by manager or designee.
- Knowledge of documentation and Quality System Management.
- Understanding of GDP requirements.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in computer applications and Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and SharePoint.
- High School diploma, some college preferred.
- Precise, rigorous, and detail-oriented.
- Strong communication skills.
- Fluent in English.
Job Title: Document Imaging Clerk
Job Description
The Document Imaging Clerk is responsible for preparing, imaging, and filing controlled quality records. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who can ensure quality records are complete, organized, and in good condition for scanning. The role involves filing hard copies correctly and uploading electronic records promptly upon completion of scanning.

Work Environment
Work is primarily conducted in a cleanroom environment during the first shift, from 8am to 5pm, Monday through Friday. Office work might require extended hours working with a computer and using a scanner/copier. The role may require lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Irvine, California.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.56 - $24.32/hr.
