      Responsibilities

      The intern will assist with engineering and production documentation. They will be responsible for ERP ECO data entry, software duplication, filing, maintaining, storing of Engineering Documentation and CAD drafting.

      Other responsibilities include:

      • Reno ECO Processing and Data Entry.
      • Internal document review management.
      • External document management (Standards, Patents, etc.).
      • Software duplication.
      • Physical Document Checkout and Check In.
      • Route Design History Files (DHF) for approval and release.
      • Engineering drawing changes.
      • Bonaduz ECO Processing and Data Entry.

      Qualifications

      • Ability to work well with others.
      • Good verbal and written communication skills as required to interface with other departments and company personnel.
      • About to touch type and use a 10 key pad.
      • Experienced with computers and Microsoft Work and Excel programs.
      • Familiar with alpha-numeric document filing.
      • Demonstrated ability to comprehend office routines and procedures, and independently handle routine tasks with minimum supervisiron.

      Education/Experience

      • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor of Science program at the University of Nevada, Reno.
      • 3D solid modeling CAD experience preferred.
