      Document Control Specialist

      Location: Columbus, TX, 78935

      Skills: Quality Control Specialist

      The Document Control Specialist will be responsible for managing and maintaining all company documents. This includes creating, reviewing, and updating documents as necessary, as well as ensuring that all documents are properly stored and easily accessible to authorized personnel.

      Responsibilities:

      • Create and maintain all company documents, including policies, procedures, and work instructions
      • Review and update documents as necessary to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations
      • Ensure that all documents are properly stored and easily accessible to authorized personnel
      • Manage document change control process, including tracking changes and obtaining necessary approvals
      • Provide training to employees on document control procedures and requirements
      • Perform quality control checks on documents to ensure accuracy and completeness
      • Assist with audits and inspections related to document control

      Requirements:

      • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
      • Minimum of 3 years of experience in document control or quality control
      • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
      • Proficient in Microsoft Office and document management software
      • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
      • Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to document control
