Job Description
- Req#: JR101527
- Process documentation related to the bid and construction phase of projects.
- Has ability to learn and manage the FNI Project Management Information System.
- Maintain office and electronic files
- Clearly and effectively communicate
- Can prepare bid tabulations
- Performs contractor reference checks
- High School diploma or equivalent at minimum
- Other skills:
- Proficient in MS Office Programs
- 1-3 years experience performing similar functional responsibilities for Heavy Civil projects
- Document Control Technologist (DCT) certification.
Under the general direction of the Document Control Specialist II, performs work in the area of construction contract administration. Duties include (but not limited to):
