What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Build and maintain relationships with manufacturers, distributors, and healthcare facilities to obtain requested documents
- Resolve customer inquiries promptly and effectively to provide excellent customer service and support
- Conduct research to validate product information and documentation
- Accurately input and verify data into the oneSOURCE database to ensure data integrity
- Collaborate with database team members and managers to ensure quality and efficiency
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Previous working experience as a Healthcare Technician (e.g., pharmacy technician, surgical technician, dental technician, lab technician)
- Proven success in maintaining strong attention to detail and accuracy
- In-depth knowledge of effective communication with both internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent time management, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in document control or database management within a healthcare setting
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance standards in healthcare documentation
- Strong analytical skills to assess and improve processes
