What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Maintain and control company documents, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and availability in Propel PLM
- Oversee the creation, revision, approval, and archival processes for technical documents and engineering drawings
- Act as the primary administrator for Propel PLM, providing technical support and training to team members
- Partner with engineering, quality assurance, and operations teams to ensure timely documentation for product launches
- Ensure all documentation complies with industry standards, regulations, and internal quality policies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of experience in document control, preferably within a technology or manufacturing environment
- Proficiency with Propel PLM or similar PLM systems (e.g., Agile, Arena)
- Strong understanding of document management best practices and standards
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
