      The Opportunity

      We are seeking a motivated Project Support Analyst who has knowledge and experience in the areas of general project administration, document preparation and control, project specific application administration, status reporting and other pertinent responsibilities as directed by the Project Manager. The Project Support Analyst will partner with the project team and functional groups to ensure the flow of documents and records are managed and controlled in accordance with company and regulatory requirements.

      What you'll do

      • Provide project level administrative support (i.e. meeting organization, distribution of information, meeting minutes, etc.)

      • Participate in bid activities to include partnering with corporate services (i.e. supply chain) and the project team to prepare bid documents

      • Ensure construction submittals and transmittals are managed and controlled

      • Partner with field personnel to ensure construction documents and records are legible and retrievable

      • Request project SharePoint sites to upload and distribute documents

      • Ensure documents are uploaded to SharePoint and/or additional repositories as required

      • Collect and upload project gate deliverables

      • Partner with records retention support team to coordinate off-site storage of project records

      • Maintain record retention methodology throughout project life cycle to include retention repositories

      • Support the project turnover memorandum process

      • Collect and maintain lessons learned data throughout the project life cycle

      • Identify and document deviations from established requirements such as non-conformances and communicate to project team

      • Other tasks as required.

      Minimum Qualifications

      • High school diploma or equivalent

      • Four to six years of related experience

      • Demonstrated knowledge and project management skills (both analytical and organizational)

      • Ability to recognize and evaluate risks, hazards and losses and prevent conflicts between activities.

      Preferred Qualifications

      • Secondary education in administration from a recognized institution

      • Natural gas industry/construction experience

      • Understanding of the project life cycle

      This position requires candidates to:

      • Travel to other company locations for temporary assignments, meetings or training which would involve some overnight stays away from home.
