Job Description
- Req#: 10549
- Work closely with engineers, technicians, and others to generate regulatory reports from lab generated test data.
- Check to ensure that the pasting process worked, the report is complete and saved to the correct location.
- Flexibility and a desire to learn new tasks and assume new roles are essential.
- The hours of work for this position may vary, occasional overtime may be needed.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word including the use and creation of templates.
- The ability to distill raw technical data into various standard report formats.
- Demonstrated verbal communication and problem-solving skills.
- Very detail oriented.
- Experience in process and documentation automation.
- Ability to learn quickly and follow complex written and oral directions.
- Excellent business communication skills with the ability to relate well with customers and co-workers.
- Understand/Learn technical and scientific terminology to be able to read and interpret technical instructions.
- Shift flexibility that will include working in multiple job capacities.
- Work effectively and consistently with minimal supervision.
- A competitive pay of $27/hr.

Responsibilities
POSITION SUMMARY: We are currently hiring a Document Coordinator 2 to support our global software client in Boise, ID. This is an on-site position that supports the regulatory lab by creating reports from raw test data as well as the subsequent submitting and storage of them. This is a full-time, long-term position where the candidate must be local to the Boise area to be able to work an onsite, standard work week.
