Job Title: Document Imaging Clerk

Job Description
Major purpose:
Under the supervision of the Legal Department, the Imaging Clerk will have a pivotal role in accomplishing the Legal Team’s goals by providing project support relating to the digitization of microfiche records.
The Imaging Clerk will be tasked with organizing, scanning, and digital file processing of microfiche records.
Major responsibilities and duties:
Responsibilities include, but not limited to the following:
Organize and maintain physical and digital microfiche records.
Operate computer scanning equipment to digitize microfiche into electronic images.
Utilize computer software to perform quality control and file processing of scanned microfiche images.
Regularly communicate with management and provide weekly progress reports of work output.
Requirements:
Must be detail-oriented, highly organized, and committed to accuracy.
Must be reliable.
Must demonstrate the ability to work independently to set and accomplish goals.
Must be capable of mastering and performing repetitive tasks.
Prefer a working
Physical requirements:
Must work on-site at Grainger’s Lake Forest office.
The position may require extended periods of sitting and viewing computer screens.
May occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 lbs.About the company
