What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Review and file legal documents using internal systems and email
- Participate in ongoing training to expand knowledge of the industry and processes
- Investigate discrepancies as they arise
- Collaborate with the e-Fulfillment and e-Filing team on various projects
- Complete additional projects as assigned
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Desire and ability to be a team player
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and typing speed of 50 to 60 wpm
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Data entry experience is a plus
- Proficiency in English, including strong writing and communication skills
