- Prepare all paper documents and remove uFB01les from box; work one uFB01le at a time.
- Remove staples, bindings etc.
- Remove or reposition post-it- notes.
- Communicate effectively with customers and co- workers.
- Follow guidelines set forth in standard operating procedures.

- Process, comprehend, and follow detailed written and verbal instructions.
- Receive, process, and maintain orders for document prep services from individuals, departments, and prioritize work assignments based on such criteria as customer needs, and workload capabilities.
- Study production schedules and estimates hour requirements for completion of job assignments and inform the Supervisor of any requests that canu2019t be met.
- Prepare documents for scanning following project operating procedures.
- Inspect uFB01nished work for completeness and accuracy.
- Utilize tools provided in the safest and most efficient manner.
- Receives, processes, and maintains work orders for document scanning and imaging services including reading and understanding the work order prior to starting the job.
- Scanning hard copy documents, following project operating procedures.
- Operate document scanners and related equipment.
- Understand the equipment and perform some routine maintenance, make suggestions regarding settings, paper handling, quality improvement, etc.
