      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Create and update operations manuals and forms for various practitioner groups
      - Edit operational manuals, applications, and forms on an annual basis
      - Maintain a comprehensive library of manuals and forms in both draft and final forms
      - Analyze documents to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with established standards
      - Interact with various departments to facilitate the publication and distribution of documents

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Associate’s degree with a major in English, Journalism, or Communications preferred; high school diploma required if equivalent experience
      - Minimum two years of experience in writing, editing, and managing editorial content, preferably in the healthcare industry
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with strong knowledge in styles and formatting
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong command of the English language
      - High attention to detail and accuracy, with a commitment to delivering high-quality work

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with form creation and/or knowledge of Adobe LiveCycle Designer
      - Proven ability to manage detailed processes and projects through to completion
      - Ability to quickly grasp complex concepts and translate them into clear and concise documentation
      - Strong critical thinking and organizational skills
      - Demonstrated accuracy in grammar, spelling, and sentence construction
