- Review loan documents for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with policy
- Compare data across multiple systems and documents to identify inconsistencies
- Analyze complex information and determine appropriate next steps based on guidelines
- Draft accurate, policy-aligned written responses for borrowers and internal stakeholders
- Collaborate with peers and supervisors to maintain a steady workflow
- Escalate non-routine issues for further review as needed
- 1+ year of relevant experience (high-volume data entry, medical coding, insurance verification, AP/AR, or other detail-focused administrative work)
- If no professional experience, a relevant college degree is required
- Ability to read and interpret documentation with high accuracy and consistency
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to summarize findings clearly
- Comfortable working across multiple computer systems and software tools
- Demonstrated reliability and punctuality—must be able to commit to full 8-week training
- Prior experience in financial services or loan-related work is a plus, but not required

Position Overview
As a Document Processors, you’ll be responsible for reviewing loan documentation to ensure alignment with internal policies and regulatory standards. You won’t be handling full loan processing cycles—instead, your focus will be on carefully comparing documents, identifying discrepancies, and drafting clear, accurate responses for internal review. Success in this role requires strong focus, critical thinking, and a high level of accuracy.
