- Review invoices and create accounts payable request forms.
- Create and review travel requests for submission to client.
- Support in reviewing, editing, and following up on deliverables.
- Monitor recruitment platform, refer viable candidates to the Project Manager, and schedule interviews.
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program required. Completion of Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum one year of relevant office experience preferred.
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize within a multi-tasking environment.
- Professional demeanor and communication skills, especially via email and by phone.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and the ability to learn new software programs quickly, strong background in Microsoft Excel preferred.
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal, required. Proficiency in a second language preferred.

Project Summary:
The Department of Defense (DoD) Assessments, Monitoring & Evaluation (AM&E) project is a five-year effort to build a culture of Assessment, Monitoring, and Evaluation (AM&E) and establish an AM&E program at each GCC within the ODASD Global Partnerships at DoD. The project supports reform of institutional capacity building of partner nations’ ministries of defense with a whole of government approach.

Position Summary:
The Project Management Intern will develop or improve management tools to better support the organization of the project, showcasing innovation, collaboration, and project management skills. The Internship will last approximately three months, with the possibility for extension based on performance and the business needs. The Internship will require a minimum commitment of 20 hours per week with a flexible schedule and is presently remote. This is a paid position, and we anticipate the candidate starting soonest after presenting an offer.

Pay Transparency Statement:
The compensation for our internship program is $16.20 per hour.
