      DOL Services Specialist Advanced (Employment Services Spec 2)

      Pay Grade: G

      The Georgia Department of Labor is accepting applications to fill the DOL Services Specialist Advanced position in the Benefits Payment Control Unit at the Georgia Department of Labor Headquarters in downtown Atlanta, GA.

      The Agency’s Administrative Policy will be used to determine the final salary to be offered.

      Essential Function and Responsibilities:

      • Conducts initial review/fact finding of case documentation.
      • Responds to phone calls, faxes and email correspondence.
      • Processes daily reports.
      • Completes other duties as assigned.

      Associate's degree from an accredited college or university AND One year of related experience OR High school diploma or GED AND Three years of related experience.
