What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Respond to account inquiries and alerts related to potential credit card fraud
- Contact customers and merchants to gather information on fraudulent charges
- Maintain accurate documentation for fraud investigations
- Assist with lost or stolen credit card reports and replacement orders
- Develop skills in identifying fraudulent credit card activity through training and research
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- No relevant experience required
- Previous work experience in a fraud-related field preferred
- Acquire and apply job skills and company policies effectively
- Ability to work on routine to semi-routine assignments under supervision
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in a fraud-related field
- Knowledge of fraud detection techniques and procedures
