      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Respond to account inquiries and provide standard responses to fraud detection alerts
      - Assist in completing lost stolen reports and credit card replacement orders
      - Acquire knowledge and skills to identify fraudulent credit card activity
      - Maintain accurate documentation for fraud investigations
      - Contact customers and merchants for additional information on fraudulent charges

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or Equivalent
      - No relevant experience required
      - Must be detail-oriented and able to follow established procedures
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills
      - Ability to work under close supervision

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous work experience in a fraud-related field
