What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle high-volume inbound calls and make outbound calls as needed
- Provide accurate information to patients and healthcare providers
- Assist callers with application status and next steps
- Follow a structured call script while delivering excellent customer service
- Multitask efficiently across multiple internal systems while adhering to company policies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1 year of recent call center experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and use dual monitors effectively
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must have a quiet, distraction-free workspace with high-speed internet access
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Healthcare experience is a plus but not mandatory
- Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities
- Basic computer proficiency, including typing, data entry, and navigation
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
