      - Adhere to call center metrics and HIPAA regulations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must have a quiet location at home for work
      - Recent experience in insurance verification (1+ year preferred)
      - Previous experience managing high-volume calls
      - Strong verbal and written communication skills
      - High School Diploma or GED required

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a call center environment
      - Proficiency in navigating multiple software applications and screens
      - Ability to work under pressure and complete tasks with urgency
