- Availability to work 8-hour shifts between 3 PM PST and 3 AM PST, including at least one weekend day

- Strong attention to detail for troubleshooting and resolving issues
- Ability to manage time effectively, set priorities, and take ownership of work
- Enthusiasm for customer support and problem-solving in a collaborative environment
