We are hiring a Licensed Electrical Foreman to join our Cincinnati Regional team.

Our Electrical Foreman is committed to personal, project, and company success. They supervise and coordinate the activities of Foreman, team leaders and craft professionals to complete a project that represents quality work that is accident free, on time, within scope and budget, and they are expected to be able to effectively lead a team of craft professionals.       Compensation:

      • Salary: $ 39 - $ 48.00 per hour (wage negotiable based on experience)

      Responsibilities

      Employee will use his/her experience in the field to lead a team of 3-15 people (willing to train/mentor the right candidate), must be OK to work in the field "on tools" when needed, will be on-site working closely with crew, managing projects, communicating needs and upholding safety standards, will be maintaining budgets and building relationships with customers.


      Qualifications

      Education and Experience:

      • Desire & experience being on-site industrial electrical projects
      • Must have some experience leading a crew
      • Desire to be part of building a team and a culture

      Location and Travel: This position will require travel within a 250-mile radius of Cincinnati, Ohio. Applicants must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license. Per Diem pay applicable per company policy.
