- Administers the daily integration of donor communications, software applications, and data processing.
- Creates new Constituent Profiles and inputs donor activity data, including concerns, interactions, plans, and preferences
- Research enriches and analyzes constituent records to respond to donor and/or development staff questions and requests. Generates donor activity reports and other special reports as requested.

Location: Louisville, KY
Position Type: Donor Relations & Database Records Manager
Assists the Director of Development and the Development Department Staff, within the authority of the Area Commander, in the implementation, administration, evaluations, and management of an aggressive donor relations program. Administers all aspects (including processes, development reports, donor research, data integrity, and records clean-up) of the confidential donor and prospect information and receipting system by using established procedures and fundraising software. Serves as the Area Command donor database lead key operator.

What we are looking for in you:
Minimum of two years of college credit in the field of Communications, Data Entry, Development, or Administration
And
Five years' professional work experience performing administrative support and/or operation of a computer database,
or
Any equivalent combination of training and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities
Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:
Work requires lifting, carrying, and/or push/pull light (less than 25 lbs.) materials, supplies, and equipment. Light mobility: duties are usually performed by a combination of standing, walking, and primarily sitting.
