Job SummaryReading Hospital Foundation supports the mission of Tower Health by raising funds for patient care programs, facility improvements, and community health initiatives. We work closely with donors, community partners, and healthcare professionals to enhance healthcare services in Berks County and surrounding areas. The Donor Relations Specialist will play a vital role in strengthening donor relationships through effective stewardship programs, managing social media channels, coordinating communications in collaboration with Tower Health's Marketing team, while supporting the operational functions of the reading Hospital Foundation. This position will work collaboratively to provide customized communications that demonstrate the impact of philanthropy as part of a comprehensive fundraising strategy. This multifaceted role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic healthcare philanthropy environment.
