What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Process and onboard new carriers while maintaining compliance with DOT regulations
- Conduct audits of background checks and ensure adherence to company policies and federal regulations
- Prepare and manage daily I-9 compliance reports and assist with the e-verify process
- Provide administrative support to the Compliance Team as needed
- Conduct periodic internal audits and prepare reports to maintain compliance
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma or GED required
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a related field and/or Human Resources
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to create and maintain professional relationships across all levels of the organization
- Detail-oriented with excellent time management and organizational skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with DOT compliance preferred
- Strong product knowledge within the logistics industry
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Friendly and service-oriented demeanor
- Flexibility to operate in a fast-paced environment
