What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage and track driver qualification renewals, including CDL licenses and medical cards
- Process employment applications and DOT-required documentation for onboarding new drivers
- Set up and maintain Driver Qualification Files (DQFs), ensuring compliance and audit readiness
- Monitor MVR reports and manage DQ file status updates
- Provide support for driver compliance questions and documentation needs
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in DOT compliance, fleet compliance, HR compliance, or a related field
- Strong understanding of DOT regulations regarding driver qualification files and drug/alcohol testing
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, human resources, communications, or a related field
- Experience working with a DQF third-party provider like J.J. Keller or DISA
- Experience using compliance tracking systems or ticketing software (e.g., Zendesk)
- Self-motivated and able to work effectively in a remote environment
