      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Track and monitor key regulatory compliance metrics, such as DVIR completion and open defect resolution
      - Analyze compliance data to identify trends and areas for operational improvement
      - Collaborate with field operations and fleet teams to address compliance gaps
      - Prepare compliance reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders
      - Maintain accurate compliance records for internal reviews and regulatory audits

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 1-3 years of experience in fleet compliance, vehicle regulatory compliance, logistics, or a similar role
      - Familiarity with FMCSA vehicle compliance requirements is highly desirable
      - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
      - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, transportation, compliance, or a related field (relevant experience may substitute)
      - Experience with telematics systems (e.g., Samsara) and compliance tracking platforms
      - Self-motivated and proactive in a remote working environment
