The selected candidate will operate a LAN connected company computer to check-in and checkout construction drawings and supplemental documents to the workforce. The duties and responsibilities include maintaining accurate accountability records of the overall drawing inventory by updating documents and disposing of superseded documents,
In addition to establishing and maintaining a uniform filing system, various general office duties (faxing, copying, scanning, filing, phone etc…) are also required, as well as, the ability to communicate well both written and verbally.
The selected candidate(s) must be able to comprehend and follow work procedures, processes and instructions, able to physically transition to other locations as needed, work independently and must also be able to lift at least 40 lbs.
Multiple 2nd shift openings are available from the hours of 3:30 pm – 12:00 am. However, each candidate must be able to work any assigned shift that aligns with production needs .
