      Job Description

      Are you ready to embark on a journey where your strategic prowess and relationship-building skills can make a difference? Join us as a Dream Home - Program Advisor and take the lead in shaping the future of our national Dream Home program. In this role, you will be at the helm of creating, managing, and executing innovative strategies, navigating a complex regulatory landscape, and driving fiscal responsibility. Your impact will extend far beyond our organization as you work closely with influential stakeholders and raise millions of dollars for our mission.

      Key Responsibilities:

      1. Strategy Mastermind: Your expertise will be put to the test as you collaborate with program management and territory staff to craft and execute Dream Home market strategies. You'll proactively manage brand, legal, and financial risks, ensuring success even in a challenging regulatory environment.

      2. Relationship Dynamo: Your knack for building connections will shine as you cultivate essential relationships with key stakeholders. From influential board members to media industry executives, your ability to foster partnerships will drive fiscal responsibility across geographic boundaries.

      3. Operational Maestro: You'll be the driving force behind day-to-day program management. Train and guide territory staff on effective strategies, maintain program standards, optimize sponsorships, and ensure timelines are met.

      4. Budget Virtuoso: Take charge of creating and achieving budgeted projections. With multiple campaigns running annually, you'll be responsible for maintaining cost ratios and driving financial success.

      5. Risk Navigator: Dive into risk volatility and asset management, leveraging your economic and market expertise to secure donated or discounted land options for our Dream Home. Your diligence ensures our house locations align with our mission.

      6. Cost Containment Guru: Monitor construction costs and manage relationships with Dream Home builders. You'll oversee reputation management and financial assessments to maximize revenue.

      7. Marketing Maven: Craft market mailing schedules and target audience segmentation strategies. Develop captivating marketing materials and guide territory offices on local campaign strategies.

      8. Data-Driven Innovator: Harness the power of data by creating, interpreting, and presenting marketing performance reports. Drive ticket sales, digital activations, and test initiatives through A/B testing approaches.

      9. Legal Liaison: Collaborate with our Legal Department to ensure compliance with charitable gaming activities. Navigate complex regulations, manage raffle applications, and oversee legal aspects to maintain our good standing.

      Qualifications:

      • Your knowledge of fundraising and public relations will be your foundation.
      • Strong communication, interpersonal, and public speaking skills are a must.
      • Show off your problem-solving, organizational, and leadership skills.
      • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is expected.
      • Travel Requirement for this role is 50% of the time
      • A bachelor’s degree or 4 years of experience in marketing, fundraising, event planning, sales, or related fields is required.
      • Knowledge of residential or commercial construction is a plus.

      Colorado Pay Range: 58k - 83K

      Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
