      Pay Rate

      The base pay for internships ranges between $19.50 - $32/hr. Factors, such as but not limited to, whether the role is technical or non-technical and education level may impact the pay for this position.

      Job Description

      The Quality Intern has a critical role in supporting the plants continuous improvement initiatives.

      For the 2025 Summer the Quality Intern will be working on:

      • Review recent IATF audit findings, and correct the issues found to ensure the plant meets quality standards.
      • Rework the Standard Quality Criteria (SQC) Pack for final audit in the Molded Rubber (MR) value stream to match the control plan for Original Equipment (OE) product.

      Required Skills

      Skills and experience necessary for this role include but are not limited to:

      • Problem solving.
      • Lead and motivate others towards a solution.
      • Able to present and train others.
      • Advanced computer literacy.

      Required Experience

      • Any type of engineering degree.
      • Knowledge of Microsoft suites (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
      • Ability to learn Macros/Software.
