      Driver Check-In Clerk – Int
      We are looking for a Driver Check-In Clerk who is ready to take on a key role in verifying returned product, ensuring accurate accounting, and keeping our systems and inventory running smoothly.       Main Ingredients of the Job!

      As a Driver Check-In Clerk, you’ll work directly with our drivers and warehouse to ensure every return is properly accounted for and that inventory accuracy and customer satisfaction are maintained.

      Schedule:
      Monday – Friday | Start time: 1:00 PM until completion of final truck (approx. 10:00 PM)

      Pay:
      $18.00 per hour

      Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

      • Verify returned product reason codes (mispicks, driver shorts, refusals) for accurate reporting

      • Check product temperatures to ensure quality and food safety

      • Process documentation related to returns and order adjustments

      • Inspect product for disposition: saleable, damaged, expired, etc.

      • Execute end-of-day reporting and resolve discrepancies

      • Return saleable product to slot (if allowed by local CBA)

      • Collaborate with drivers and supervisors to resolve issues and identify retraining needs

      What You Bring to the Table

      Education/Training:

      • High School Diploma or equivalent required

      Related Experience:

      • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in warehouse and delivery procedures

      Skills & Abilities:

      • Strong verbal and written communication

      • Solid math skills and attention to detail

      • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

      • Comfortable working on computers and performing data entry

      • Collaborative mindset and a helpful attitude with team members

      Physical Requirements:

      • Frequent sitting, standing, and walking

      • Occasional lifting of items up to 20 lbs

      • Regular use of computer and filing systems

      Compensation & Benefits

      Compensation depends on relevant experience and/or education, specific skills, function, geographic location, and other factors as applicable by law.
      The expected base rate for this role is $18.00 per hour.

      As applicable, this role will also receive:

      • Overtime compensation

      Benefits for this role may include health insurance, pre-tax spending accounts, retirement benefits, paid time off, short-term and long-term disability, employee stock purchase plan, and life insurance.

      Compensation depends on relevant experience and/or education, specific skills, function, geographic location, and other factors as applicable by law (for example: state minimum wage thresholds). The expected base rate for this role is between

      $13 - $21
