      Job Title: Service Technician


      Job Description

      As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the functionality and aesthetic appeal of windows and doors. Your role involves troubleshooting, repair, and customer interaction to deliver exceptional service.

      Responsibilities

      • Remove and replace damaged window screens and hardware.
      • Perform window and door adjustments to ensure proper operation.
      • Inspect and troubleshoot window problems effectively.
      • Interact professionally with customers and homeowners to address concerns.
      • Utilize tape measures, hand, and power tools for repairs and adjustments.
      • Perform tasks that require heavy lifting.

      Essential Skills

      • Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
      • Ability to work with tape measures accurately.
      • Experience in repair and service of windows and doors.
      • Capability to perform heavy lifting.

      Additional Skills & Qualifications

      • Experience in warehouse settings, moving, and handling furniture.
      • Clean DMV record.
      • Punctual and detail-oriented.

      Job Type & Location

      This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Benicia, California.

      Pay and Benefits

      The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.00/hr.
