      Overview

      Outpatient Opioid Treatment Program - Mobile Treatment Unit

      Seeking: Driver - Healthcare Transportation

      Full Time Schedule: Monday - Friday, 4:30 AM - 1:00 PM

      Location: Our mobile team will travel to the Snohomish County area and will serve as an expansion of our existing Lynnwood Comprehensive Treatment Center.

      Lynnwood Comprehensive Treatment Center (CTC), located in Lynnwood, Washington, is part of Acadia Healthcare's Comprehensive Treatment Centers, the leading provider of medication-assisted treatment in the nation. Our mission is to provide full-circle care that includes a blend of therapies and the use of safe and effective medications. Our team is the front line of our fight against the opiate epidemic.

      Our Mobile Unit:

      We have expanded our treatment options in order to be able to provide much needed care for patients within the community. Our teams are equipped with counselors and dispensing nurses that the patients would need from our facility, but within our mobile unit to high-quality counseling and therapy to patients seeking recovery from Opioid Use Disorder.

      Your Job as an Driver:

      The Driver will drive a Company Mobile Unit to the specified treatment access destination/dispensing site(s). Our mobile team will be in the Snohomish County area and will serve as an expansion of our existing Lynnwood Comprehensive Treatment Center.

      Your Responsibilities as a Driver:

      • Drives company vehicles in a safe and conscientious manner complying with Company policies and procedures as well as State transportation laws.
      • Interacts with staff and patients in a professional manner, reports any suspicious behavior to the Clinic Director and/or supervisors.
      • Monitors parking area to ensure that no loitering or misconduct takes place, monitors the area to ensure safety and patient-compliance, and completes frequent sweeps around the entire unit.
      • Drive mobile unit to destination as scheduled and timely.
      • Assist patients as they get into and out of the vehicle.
      • Operate wheelchair lifts as needed when applicable.
      • Report traffic delays enroute back to supervisor.
      • Report any incidents or accidents to supervisor.
      • Complete daily visual of vehicle before and after each trip and to report any problems in writing.
      • Check the vehicle to ensure there is an appropriate amount of fuel in the tank prior to leaving the facility. Vehicle fuel level should be at a minimum of 1/2 tank or higher.
      • Maintain accurate logbooks, as required including weekly, quarterly, and annual maintenance checks.
      • Maintain vehicle cleanliness, interiors are to be kept clean and disinfected at all times. Upon return to the Clinic, all trash should be removed from the vehicle.
      • Notify the Clinic Director/Supervisor when it is time for vehicle and/or generator maintenance and repair services.

      • Performs other duties as assigned.

      Compensation for roles at Lynnwood Comprehensive Treatment Center varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Lynnwood Comprehensive Treatment Center provides a reasonable hourly range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Washington as set forth below.Role Location: Washington

      Calculated Salary Range for role: $25.00 - $31.00 per hour.

      This position is funded through a grant and is contingent upon continued grant funding. Employment in this role is subject to the terms and conditions of the grant, and the position may be modified or discontinued based on funding availability. While we strive for long-term stability, candidates should be aware that grant-funded positions are subject to renewal and continuation of funding.

      Qualifications

      Required Education & Qualifications:

      • High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required
      • Clean driving record with no points is required
      • Must be comfortable with working in an opioid treatment recovery environment
      • Knowledge/experience working within the substance use disorder (SUD) treatment industry preferred, but not required
      • Adheres to state and local city traffic policies while maintaining a professional demeanor in a busy environment.

      Your Skills & Experience:

      • Experience driving large vehicles, trucks, RV-type, mobile clinic vehicles, or specialized units (especially in healthcare, mobile service, or transportation).
      • Strong map-reading and GPS navigation skills to plan efficient routes and manage traffic or detours.
      • Ability to conduct routine vehicle inspections (tire pressure, fluid levels, brakes) and report mechanical issues.
      • Professional and clear communication, especially during direct interaction with patients.
      • Team-oriented with the ability to coordinate tasks with healthcare staff or technicians.

      Licenses/Certifications:

      • Valid Driver's License in the state of WA is required
      • First Aid/CPR certification is preferred
