  Job Description

  Start your new career in Energy Efficiency with CLEAResult! We're looking for motivated individuals who are looking for an opportunity to join a career-focused company and start working in the Energy Efficiency industry.

  Successful candidates will reside in Minneapolis , Minnesota.

  What you'll be doing...

  You will be driving our truck to residential homes and will be picking up refrigerators and/or freezers from inside or outside, that need to be recycled. You can expect your work schedule to be from 8:00am-5:00pm.

  Physical Nature of the Job

  • L ifting heavy refrigerators using dollies, team lifts, or other methods

  • W ork in all climates

  • Bending, crouching, kneeling

  Type of Work

  • Ability to work in-person in multiple homes per day (this is not a work-from-home position; you will be in the field servicing customers’ homes)

  • Ability to pivot work hours; elongated schedules may be required at times. Must be open to an occasional day trip drive and overnight stay.

  Target Compensation

  $25/ hour

  This is a safety-sensitive position and may include field work (such as work in industrial/commercial locations and customer homes), warehouse work, or requires driving on behalf of the company. Individuals provided a conditional offer of employment for this position must successfully pass a post-offer, pre-employment drug test and consent to the company obtaining a motor vehicle report evidencing a satisfactory driving record. Applicants for driving positions must hold a valid driver's license, and individuals provided a conditional offer of employment must successfully pass a drug test and maintain a clean driving record as an ongoing requirement for continued employment.

  Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications (e.g. JD/technology), for example.
