- Supporting the driver throughout the delivery and collection process
- Unloading goods safely at customer premises
- Ensuring that correct delivery paperwork is completed to the highest standards and on time
- Multiple drops to different sites on a regular basis
- Dropping barrels off vehicle to mat and roping into cellars
- Previous experience in a similar role would be beneficial but not essential
- Highly focused on customer service
- Understanding health and safety of the people around you
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

Here at GXO we are looking for a Drivers Mates to join our Shepherd Neame site in Faversham. This is a full-time, permanent role and you will be Monday - Friday, average 42 hours per week, with a start time between 04:00 - 08:00. Please note, this role is delivering kegs and cases to public houses, and therefore involves manual handling and working outdoors.
