      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Consult with users to define functional and technical specifications for solutions
      - Write, maintain, review, and evaluate code as part of development efforts
      - Troubleshoot, debug, and implement software fixes for identified defects
      - Assist the Product Owner in providing oversight for projects
      - Build and foster relationships with teammates, campus partners, and vendors

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
      - 3-6 years of relevant work experience in web development
      - Experience with PHP development and API integration
      - Proficient in Git version control
      - Commitment to teamwork and building a healthy work culture

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with ADA, Section 508 compliance, and web accessibility standards
      - Experience developing web experiences compliant with WCAG 2.1 AA
      - Experience with Drupal 8+ development
      - Knowledge of Command Line Interface (CLI) operations
      - Scrum Master or Scrum Developer certifications or similar Agile experience
