      Job Purpose

      Under direct supervision, follow established procedures and guidelines by to fill in-stock orders and inventory records according to production schedules and perform other simple, manual tasks of a production process.

      Core Responsibilities

      • Work from production schedules, prepares unused raw materials for return to main warehouse from the blend room operations.

      • Fill in-stock orders, and maintain accurate inventory records for warehouse.

      • Assist operators, and on occasion, assume production operator responsibilities during breaks and as scheduling requires.

      • Maintain neat, orderly and clean shop floor and workplace at all times and complete all sanitation and housekeeping duties as required.

      • Work in accordance with all relevant requirements including, but not limited to GMP, AIB, OSHA, HACCP, FDA, USDA and internal safety guidelines.

      Academic Background

      • High school diploma or equivalent required.

      Professional experience

      • * 1 to 2 years of experience in flavor, ingredient, food or chemical manufacturing preferred. * Forklift operation skills preferred.

      • Technical Skills
      • SAP bar coding/scanning experience preferred.
      • Basic math, reading and recordkeeping skills.
      • Basic PC skills, including competency in MS Office products.
      • Experience in using RF scanner and labeling.
      • Ingredient knowledge around color, odor, order of addition and other pertinent quality factors.
      • Able to lift up to 50 lbs. J
