Our Production Team Members are the unseen powerhouse of our organization! You may rarely engage face-to-face with a customer, but your work will not go unnoticed and will set the bar high for our valued customers. As a Production Team Member, you will play a vital role in upholding these standards and ensuring our customers receive the best care for their garments.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Inspect garments for stains, damage, or special care instructions.
2. Operate various cleaning and pressing equipment (training provided).
3. Collaborate with team members to prioritize and organize garments for efficient processing.
4. Follow established procedures to ensure garments are handled safely and accurately.
5. Uphold quality standards while meeting production targets.

Qualifications:

1. Exceptional attention to detail, and ability to spot stains or damage.
2. Ability to tolerate HOT working conditions during the summer months.
3. Preference for, or ability to engage in, repetitive tasks for long periods of time.
4. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work alongside a diverse, focused, and efficient team.
5. Passion for delivering excellent results with every garment that comes to your station.
6. Physical stamina to stand, bend, and lift throughout your shift.
7. Previous manufacturing or garment care experience is a plus, but not required.

2. Performance and pay review at 90 days, and every 6 months thereafter.

Schedule: First Shift. Monday – Friday starting as early as 6am. Some Saturdays as needed (rare).
