- Entrench a High-Performance Culture (HPC) within the Dry Goods team(s)
- Cultivate staff morale and employee engagement.
- Grow Human Resource capability and capacity.

- Management of variable personnel cost
- Management of other variable running cost
- Management of write-off and loss account
- Management of waste & recovery cost

- Provide an effective service to internal and external customers.
- Entrench the Supply Chain Excellence Operating Model
- Entrench SOP’s and Work Instructions
- Entrench SHERQ standards and practises.
- Effective Management of Dry Goods
- Minimize slow moving and obsolete stock.
- Effective and accurate stock control
- Optimize storage capacity utilisation.
- Efficiently managing the MHE Equipment
- Effective supply of dry goods to the Production Lines

- Grade 12 or equivalent qualification
- A tertiary qualification in logistics, supply chain, operations management, or an equivalent will be advantageous.
- 2 – 3 years’ Experience in FMCG environment, at Team Leader / Supervisory level
- 2 – 3 years’ Experience in working on the ERP suite
- Proficient in MS Office
- Must have own reliable transport to and from work.
- Working knowledge of SAP-MM
- Must be able to work overtime and shifts.
- Sound communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage people.
- Sound prioritisation and execution skills
- Good team player
- Able to work under pressure and cope with the inherent physical demands of the position.
