      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as the subject matter expert in the design and implementation of HVAC systems for dry rooms in electric vehicle and battery manufacturing facilities, with a specific focus on ultra-low humidity rooms
      - Lead the development of the design criteria for the HVAC systems with a focus on dry room systems
      - Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety regulations
      - Develop detailed engineering plans, including equipment selection, sizing, and layout, and finalize design documents, including specifications, sequences of operations, and piping layout
      - Provide technical expertise and support to project teams and work in concert with other design discipline leads

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
      - Demonstrated expertise in dry room design, including experience with electric vehicle and battery manufacturing clients
      - Minimum of 10 years of experience in HVAC engineering, with a focus on dry room design for manufacturing facilities, including experience in ultra-low humidity rooms
      - Thorough knowledge of codes and standards related to the design of HVAC systems for dry rooms
      - Strong communication and interpersonal skills and thrive working in a supportive project-driven environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 0-2 years of experience as an HVAC Subject Matter Expert in a specialized manufacturing industry
