- Support with meal preparation, hygiene, budgeting, shopping, and personal care
- Accompany clients to medical appointments, community activities, and local resources
- Travel training and safety awareness education
- Maintain clean and healthy home environments
- Provide respectful, individualized care aligned with each person's SLS goals
- Document client progress and report concerns as needed
- Day shifts
- Evening shifts
- Overnight (sleeping shifts)

- Fluency in American Sign Language (ASL) - required
- Experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities, autism, mental health needs, or aging-related concerns - preferred
- Understanding of Supported Living Services (SLS) or community-based supports - a plus
- Must be able to pass fingerprint background check
- CPR/First Aid certified (within 30 days - training available)
- Clean DMV record and auto insurance (only if transporting clients)

Position Overview
As a DSP working in Supported Living, you'll provide hands-on support and life skills instruction to adults with developmental disabilities in their homes and communities. You'll empower individuals to build routines, connect with their communities, and live fulfilling lives on their terms.
