      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Represent the organization in DSS child welfare matters to provide special assistance & education regarding programs offered by the employer and increase community awareness of employer initiatives
      - Provide consultation and solutions for system improvements along the Crisis Continuum
      - Collect and analyze data to illustrate system gaps/needs and recommend improvements
      - Make referrals and aid in the early identification of individuals with special health care needs
      - Attend child welfare planning meetings

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Human Services or related field
      - 4 years of experience with behavioral health population, including at least 3 years of experience with the courts and criminal justice system
      - General knowledge of behavioral health and intellectual/developmental disabilities
      - Exceptional interpersonal, communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills
      - Ability to become proficient in all disability areas, including areas where co-occurring illnesses exist

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 0-2 years of experience in a similar role within a behavioral health setting
