What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and manage 3PL scorecards and invoices, identifying trends and reporting findings to management
- Analyze carrier invoices and propose solutions to eliminate assessorial fees and reduce costs
- Manage the flow of outbound orders for eCommerce storefronts, ensuring consumer SLAs are met
- Facilitate communication between internal and external teams to uphold SLAs for North American marketplaces
- Manage consumer returns, including warehouse processing performance and internal process validation
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in business, logistics, supply chain, operations, or a related field
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, analysis, detail orientation, multi-tasking, and time management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- High degree of self-motivation and initiative

- Preferred area of study in business, logistics, supply chain, operations, or a related field
